🚚 Shipping & Refund Policy

At Roses Garden, we do our best to make sure your succulents and cactus arrive happy and healthy. Please take a moment to read through our shipping guidelines:

• We ship orders every Monday.
   
• If a Public Holiday in NSW falls on a Monday, your order will be sent on Tuesday instead.
   
• Orders placed from Monday to Saturday can be combined into one shipment to help you save on postage.
   

• We currently post to non-restricted states only.
   
• Shipping is via Express Post, starting from $16.
   

• For larger landscaping orders, we recommend local pick-up from Hebersham, NSW, to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition.
   

• While we take great care in packing, plants are living items and can be sensitive during transit.
   
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
